Train Your Brain


I follow a blog called “Cranky Fitness” – the author is pretty humorous and honest about the trials and tribulations of working out regularly. Today she posted about training your brain – maintaining a positive attitude and such. This hit home, as it’s what I need to be doing, and what the MBSR class is teaching.
