In this blog, the recipes will use various abbreviations. Here’s what they mean, if you’re not accustomed to my shortcuts.
- t = teaspoon
- T = tablespoon
- C = cup
- lb = pound
- oz = ounce
- g = gram
- qt = quart
And some handy conversions:
- 3 t = 1T
- 4 T = 1/4 C
- 1 qt = 4 C
- 1 C = 8 fluid oz
- 1 lb = 16 oz

Also, google is great for conversions/equivalents – just type something like “2 oz to g” in the searchbar and it will auto-convert for you.
